They are Ivaylo Ivanov and Grigor Dimitrov!
Both of them are Bulgarians who make us proud of their achievements.
Currently, Ivaylo heads the judo ranked as a world number one in one of the hardest categories, and Grigor is No. 3 in the world ranking of tennis, after he won World Tour Finals title in London.
They are heroes and role models in the modern times.
Ivaylo Ivanov is a talent who has more than one or two awards from big competitions.
Grigor Dimitrov equaled the best ranking of Bulgarian tennis of all time - that of Manuela Maleeva since 1985.
As in judo, tennis and all other sports, we tend to see only the results - titles and medals, but not how much work there is behind them.
Let us respect what they have achieved!
They are real modern role models, because they make the young generation of Bulgaria believe that they can achieve a lot, that they can succeed and develop - as long as they are persistent and disciplined, just as Ivaylo Ivanov in Judo and Grigor Dimitrov did in tennis - any other Bulgarian child has to believe in success and this stays valid not only for sports!
